Responsibilities

• Execute pharmacy benefit and compliance per state contracts and regulations.
• Develop and drive strategic plans for the health plan’s pharmacy program.
• Provide operational oversight and financial impact analysis for pharmacy priorities.
• Lead relationships with internal and external partners as the SME for formulary, prior authorizations, and benefit coding.
• Communicate program changes to health plan departments and stakeholders.
• Train and educate staff on policies related to pharmacy benefits.
