Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Pharmacy is required.
• Current pharmacist license in good standing (SC).
• 5 years of pharmacy experience including management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 340B programs.
• Familiar with pharmacy software systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supervises all aspects of the Cooperative Health pharmacy department in line with laws and regulations.
• Develops and updates pharmacy policy and procedure.
• Ensures the efficient operation of the pharmacy within established guidelines.
• Serves as the direct supervisor for all pharmacists; conducts performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Reviews, negotiates, and implements all pharmacy contracts with the CMO.
• Coordinates monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Participates in the CQI committee and initiatives.
• Coordinates with clinical directors to implement new clinical initiatives in the organization and in the pharmacy.
• Ensures 340B program compliance including liaison with admin, staff, vendors, and third-party admins.
• Performs audits and internal/external compliance assessments.
• Regularly monitors 340B purchasing activity and protocol adherence.
• Other duties as assigned.
