Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure.
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience within a related field or 5 years of hospital pharmacy operations management.
- Experience with budgeting, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy operations to ensure safe, patient-centered services.
- Promote performance excellence using Lean Six Sigma and performance improvement methodologies.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and support short- and long-term operational and strategic plans.
