Overview

We are seeking a Site Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations for a growing community health organization in Washington State. This leader will serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, compliance, and strategic direction of two outpatient pharmacy locations.

The Site Director will work closely with health center leadership and pharmacy operations leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy services while driving operational excellence and financial performance.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for the pharmacy location
  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy, clinical, and business operations
  • Oversee pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure operational success
  • Manage pharmacy purchasing and inventory to balance patient needs and cost control
  • Oversee 340B program operations, purchasing, and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Partner with finance teams to review and manage pharmacy financial performance
  • Prepare and present operational and performance reports to leadership
  • Collaborate with health center leadership to improve patient access and pharmacy service
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts
  • Maintain a strong patient-centered approach to care delivery
Requirements
  • Current, active Washington Pharmacist License
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program
  • Minimum 5 years of retail or outpatient pharmacy leadership experience
