Job summary

CHAS Health seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure patient care quality, and manage staff performance. The role collaborates with a Clinic Administrator and Director of Pharmacy Operations to align financial and clinical goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharmacist license (WA/ID) and 2+ years of experience, with knowledge of 340B and strong leadership, communication, and computer skills. Washington-based with in-house responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license from accredited school of pharmacy required.
• Current valid pharmacist licensure in the state of Washington and/or Idaho required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a pharmacist required.
• Knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of assigned pharmacy.
• Mentor and manage pharmacy staff to meet performance goals.
• Oversee operational, financial, and clinical performance with Clinic Administrator and Director of Pharmacy Operations.
• Identify training needs and drive quality-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Act as pharmacist in charge per state law.
