Mercury Pharmacy Services, a Guardian Pharmacy, in Mountlake Terrace, WA, is seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries to facilities and patients.

The role requires dependability, organization, and strong communication, with responsibilities spanning order verification, route planning, driver support, and privacy compliance.

This position offers $21.00 per hour, evening shifts, every other weekend, and Guardian’s Total Rewards benefits package.

Qualifications

• Dependable and motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with delivery routing or driver training is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and pharmacy/operational systems.
• Valid driver's license required; 21+ years of age.
• Pharmacy technician license/certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and double-check orders for accuracy and readiness for delivery.
• Support delivery drivers to ensure timely delivery to facilities and patients.
• Scan prescriptions into totes for secure handling.
• Help plan and optimize delivery routes.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide quick solutions.
• Train and support drivers as needed.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report repairs.
• Serve as backup delivery driver when required.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and delivery teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Protect patient information and comply with privacy policies.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and facilities.
