Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy's Mercury Pharmacy Services in Mountlake Terrace, WA is seeking a Fulfillment Assistant to support prescription filling and packaging under a licensed pharmacist. You will organize and prepare orders, verify information, and ensure accurate delivery to customers.

In a fast-paced, team-driven environment, you will label medications, scan and package, manage inventory, and maintain a clean workstation.

Qualifications

1+ years of related experience; technical knowledge may substitute.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Great attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with multiple tasks.
Quality minded; diligent in identifying errors.

Responsibilities

Assemble, sort, scan, and pack for delivery.
Organize and alphabetize prescriptions by patient name.
Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and filling from inventory.
Apply labels and scan into appropriate bins accurately and on time.
Alert pharmacist on duty of any scanning issues.
Participate in training to gain proficiency in other fulfillment areas.
Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply.
Meet established accuracy and productivity levels.
Collaborate with supervisors to maintain workflow.
Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and replenish stock.
Comply with laws and policies on dispensing medications.
Other duties as needed.
