Free Market Health in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Services Specialist to be the first point of contact for pharmacy and specialty practice customers. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, monitor queues, and help keep day-to-day operations moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of professional experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple systems while maintaining quality service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, diplomatically, and confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support by resolving customer issues and managing complex or high-priority cases.
• Monitor program support queues to ensure timely response and resolution of requests.
• Escalate issues to specialized teams as needed to ensure appropriate handling and resolution.
• Review reports and complete required follow-up actions to support operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities for additional training or education and communicate insights to leadership.
• Use required systems and applications to perform daily responsibilities effectively.
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs and professional judgment.
