This role supports the District Pharmacy Supervisor with calendar management, travel planning, payroll, recruitment coordination, and credentialing maintenance while modeling a distinctive customer experience. Responsibilities include scheduling open shifts, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely communications across areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (budgeting, formatting, currency) is required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate relief pharmacist schedules for own area.
• Maintain calendars, reminders and meeting follow-ups for the District Pharmacy Supervisor.
• Create and release work schedules using the market scheduling system.
• Assist with payroll, recruitment support, and credentialing.
• Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Support store visits and prepare meeting logistics as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
