Walgreens is seeking a scheduling coordinator who will coordinate the work schedules of relief pharmacists in the assigned area, using the market scheduling system to optimize coverage. The role includes payroll preparation support for salaried pharmacists and travel/logistics assistance for Healthcare Supervisors.

In addition to administrative duties, you will model customer service best practices and help deliver a distinctive Walgreens customer experience across stores within the region.

Formación

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Word.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and places relief pharmacists using the market scheduling system.
• Maintains calendars, issues reminders and coordinates meetings for the District Pharmacy Supervisor.
• Prepares salaried pharmacist payroll for approval and resolves payroll issues.
• Coordinates store visit scheduling and reporting activities.
