Walgreens is seeking a coordinator to schedule relief pharmacists within the Fort Worth area, supported by the market scheduling system. You will handle administrative duties to back the District Pharmacy Supervisor and contribute to delivering a distinctive Walgreens customer experience.

You will schedule shifts, manage calendars, coordinate travel, assist with payroll, and support recruitment and intern programs as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data handling and formatting.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Word for reporting and communications.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate relief pharmacists' work schedules for the assigned area using the market scheduling system.
• Schedule, track, and follow up on meetings and appointments; maintain calendars and reminders for the District Pharmacy Supervisor.
• Prepare salaries/payroll for pharmacists and assist Healthcare Supervisor with travel arrangements and documentation.
