Walgreens coordinates the work schedules of relief pharmacists for the area using the market scheduling system and provides administrative support to the District Pharmacy Supervisor, while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

Maintains credentialing and compliance, arranges travel, supports recruitment and intern programs, and ensures payroll processes are accurate and timely for the Healthcare Supervisor.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with scheduling or administrative duties preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and place pharmacists in open shifts due to PTO, disability, jury duty, and “no shows”.
• Maintain calendars, reminders and organize paperwork for the District Pharmacy Supervisor.
• Create and release the work schedule for relief pharmacists using the market scheduling system.
• Cascade key communications to the area and associated districts, as instructed by HCS.
• Coordinate schedules of full time pharmacists in need of extra shifts to complete their schedule and minimize premium pay.
• Maintain credentialing, licensing and PTCB compliance status for all area pharmacy staff on the WOLF system.
• Make travel arrangements, including ground transportation and hotel accommodations; prepare travel itineraries and process expense reports.
• Support Healthcare Supervisor with store visit scheduling, preparation, visit documentation and reporting.
• Prepare salaried pharmacist payroll for Healthcare Supervisor to approve; resolve payroll issues when necessary.
• Provide pharmacy recruitment support: communicate with target schools and internal recruiting teams, coordinate campus events, follow up with interview candidates.
• Manage pharmacy intern program, in support of the Healthcare Supervisor.
• Coordinate meetings by preparing logistics and ensuring availability of software, equipment, space, and supplies.
• Screen correspondences, prioritize mail, and draft responses; refer complex issues as needed.
