Job summary

Mount Sinai Hospital seeks a Program Manager II to lead complex programs within a healthcare setting. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure programs meet regulatory and quality standards.

You will develop work plans, manage budgets, and engage stakeholders to sustain and grow programs and services. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• PTCB/NHA Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of EPIC and Pyxis ES workflows is advantageous.
• Experience leading healthcare programs or departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operational and personnel issues.
• Prepares and manages staff schedules.
• Manages departmental projects to achieve goals with regulatory compliance and quality.
• Schedules and leads department and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Supervises direct report staff including hiring and evaluations.
• Optimizes utilization of Pyxis equipment.
• Develops and implements new program goals and growth strategies.
• Conducts needs assessments for program development.
