Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare operations or related leadership experience.
• Experience with strategic planning and translating goals into actionable initiatives.
• Strong project management and metrics-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and drive strategic initiatives across locations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Clinical Leadership to execute initiatives.
• Oversee initiative lifecycle from ideation to measurement and sustainment.
• Apply change management to ensure adoption and sustainment of initiatives.
• Own and manage the full portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop action plans when targets aren’t met.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster continuous improvement and embed operational excellence in daily work.
