Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL seeks an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead clinical pharmacy programs across all departments. You will oversee the hospital formulary, participate in quality and regulatory reviews, and work with leadership to maintain budget targets and staffing efficiency.

You will train and mentor pharmacists, residents and technicians, coordinate with nursing and medical staff, and supervise the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities to ensure

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Florida.
• Masters degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support and manage clinical pharmacy programs across Mount Sinai Medical Center.
• Manage the hospital drug formulary, conduct drug class reviews and optimize therapeutics within budget.
• Lead quality, regulatory reviews and audits; participate in Disaster Team drills and hurricane planning.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy leadership to meet regulatory standards and implement policies.
• Provide training and mentorship to pharmacists, students and staff; oversee performance evaluations.
