Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks an experienced Mgr Implementation to lead program and product delivery for complex pharmacy initiatives from design through implementation and stabilization.

You will manage delivery staff, oversee portfolios of pharmacy products and programs, and partner with Product, Business, Operations and Technology to ensure delivery, readiness, and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 6 years’ experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SDLC and change management.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and product delivery for complex pharmacy initiatives from design through implementation and stabilization.
• Manage delivery staff and portfolio of pharmacy products and programs.
• Partner across Product, Business, Operations and Technology to ensure successful delivery and readiness.
