Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Project/Program Manager to lead internal business initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, and deliver products from design to completion while coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include defining scope, timelines, risk management, and governance activities; tracking KPIs and ensuring documentation such as RAID logs and status decks are up to date; and guiding teams

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of program or project management experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 3-5 years PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and cross-functional programs with defined scope, timelines, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Identify and communicate risks, applying critical thinking for solutioning.
• Coordinate collaboration of project teams and stakeholders while capturing requirements, actions, and next steps.
• Monitor progress, report KPIs, and communicate status, risks, and interdependencies to leadership.
• Facilitate program governance activities, including status reviews and retrospectives, to support delivery and improvement.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, status decks) according to standards.
