Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. seeks a Manager, Clinical Program - Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy program. You will drive strategic direction, oversee performance, and engage with clients while guiding Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff to deliver high-quality services and optimal member outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, workforce planning, and collaboration with clinical and client teams to address complex issues and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership or supervision.
• Experience mentoring clinical professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the Pharmacy program.
• Lead Pharmacy Leads and staff; execute coaching frameworks across teams.
• Oversee workforce planning, service levels, productivity targets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with client teams and external partners to support client plans and outcomes.
