Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Product Owner for Care Management to lead strategy and delivery across clinical operations and technology. You will guide a team of Product Owners to improve care-management workflows and platform capabilities, driving measurable outcomes for members and providers.

You will collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, vendors, and clinical leaders to translate needs into prioritized capabilities and deliver value at scale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to clinical outcomes and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes.
• Partner with clinical and technology leaders to translate care-management needs into capabilities.
• Oversee operational, workflow, data, integration, vendor, and system changes.
• Advance connected clinical workflows and data capabilities to improve care coordination.
