Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Product Owner for Care Management. The role is hybrid with in-office days and focuses on leading product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery to improve member care experiences.

You will supervise Product Owners, collaborate with Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Vendors, and drive outcomes using clinical, operational, and financial measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to outcomes and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes and delivery.
• Partner with clinical and technology leaders to translate needs into capabilities and requirements.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Care Management capabilities and data workflows.
• Advance connected clinical workflows and data capabilities for better care coordination.
• Use measures to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive readiness for new capabilities, including testing and implementation.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure alignment with clinical and business needs.
