Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a health-care setting or customer-service is preferred.
• Computer skills include word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
• Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of processing retail, compounded and specialty medications and operational systems used to manage patient care.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns and daily communications with providers and payors.
• Facilitate communication between patients, pharmacists and other health care professionals, demonstrating high communication standards and building positive relationships.
• Positive coordination with all departments is expected and required.
• Reporting to Patient Care Manager or their designee in a prompt, efficient manner with proper disposition; participate in routine meetings.
• Other projects, activities, or responsibilities assigned by partners or their designee.
