Qualifications

• Two years delivery or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Computer and/or tablet skills including word processing, internet and e-mail.
• Excellent communications and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, packages and dispatches medications and supplies with correct labeling and patient details.
• Maintains documentation and tracking for all shipments to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provides excellent customer service and triages shipping inquiries from patients or providers.
• Performs daily vehicle inspections and maintains vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinates with other departments to receive and distribute medications and supplies.
• Supports the Logistics Manager in inventory and storage of items.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
