Job summary

Medication Management Partners seeks a Partner Success Specialist to strengthen relations with community partners and maximize value from our pharmacy solutions. You will drive onboarding, support eMAR activities, and collaborate with Operations to deliver exceptional partner experiences.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, detailed relationship management, and frequent travel (up to 75%) across a nationwide set of partner locations.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent external client facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or Pharmacy Long Term Care (LTC) environment
• 2 years account management experience (preferably in Pharmacy LTC environment or managed healthcare services organization)
• Project management certification preferred
• Demonstrate good presentation skills and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Adobe)
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to establish rapport

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships by delivering interactions that develop trust and show value
• Responsible for Partner Retention and being the Voice of the Partner
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of communities (check in, reconcile, equipment setup)
• Provide general pharmacy related eMAR support to the communities
• Participate in community relations activities to maintain and drive market share
• Adhere to cadence of visits to meet with Wellness, ED and quarterly meetings with Sales/Marketing and directors
• Collaborate in events and meetings
• Manage routine client support activities and resolve issues
• Document RCA for partner concerns and follow up with resolution
• Audit community adherence to policy and provide remediation
• Deliver Executive Reviews to community leadership annually
• Maintain logs of partner interactions
• Facilitation of immunization clinics as assigned
• Travel up to 75% as required
