Job summary

Medication Management Partners is seeking a Field Technician to support partner communities, improve on-boarding processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery across our healthcare solutions. You will manage equipment, assist with billing for services, and coordinate with the Partner Success team to drive initiatives and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a healthcare or LTC pharmacy background, Illinois license as a Pharmacy Technician, strong communication and analytical

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent external client facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or LTC Pharmacy environment.
  • Certified and Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois.
  • Demonstrate good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with electronic medical records system(s).
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding/off boarding of communities (data collection, check in/out, reconcile, equipment setup).
  • Manage MMP equipment used by partners (inventory, shipping logistics, restoration, depreciation).
  • Enter charges for MedSafe, Cart equipment, consultant pharmacist visits for proper billing.
  • Support Partner Success department initiatives (training, material prep, quarterly rocks / EOS).
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for partner concerns and follow up on resolution.
  • Audit community adherence to MMP policy and procedures for remediation.
  • Facilitation of immunization clinics (data collection, vaccine transport, reporting).
  • Maintain detailed logs in the system for all partner interactions (Quality Events, Site Visits, Communications, NPS).
  • Leads by example exhibiting CORE Values daily; encourage teamwork and company philosophy.
  • Attends required company meetings; completes required courses per RPS; maintain safety standards.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of time (overnight/out-of-state).

Description

The Field Technician is passionate about simplifying pharmacy and improving quality of life. In this role, you will maintain and enhance partner community relationships and meet MMP’s operational objectives. This position reports to the Partner Success Manager, supports Partner Success, clinical initiatives, and vital value-added services while ensuring MMP's growing partner base have a delightful experience.

You will assist in ensuring our partner communities are effectively on-boarded, troubleshoot issues, and support partners in getting maximum value from MMP solutions and services provided. You will be a key part in the overall health of the partner relationship. You will communicate to the Operations team relevant information and metrics based on feedback from our clients and end-users to ensure alignment and shared accountability on our mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent external client facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or Long Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy environment
  • Certified and Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
  • Demonstrate good presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with electronic medical records system(s)
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, position levels and and personality types.
  • Must possess a valid and current driver’s license and a personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet the requirements of the job and is appropriately insured
  • Travel, including overnight and/or out-of-state, is expected for this position. Potentially 75% of your time.
