Job summary

Actalent seeks a Pharmacy Assistant for a central fill facility in Everett, WA. You will support patient prescriptions, pack and ship orders, and ensure accurate, timely delivery in a high-volume automated environment.

Responsibilities include processing orders, sorting by location, loading totes, and adhering to SOPs. A WA license or ability to apply within weeks, plus 0–1 year in a pharmacy setting, are preferred. On-site, contract-to-hire, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• WA State Pharmacy Assistant License or ability to apply within 1–2 weeks.
• 0–1 year of experience in a pharmacy production environment.
• Experience with pick, pack, and ship operations.
• Basic data entry skills for processing and tracking orders.
• Interest in pharmacy support, healthcare support, or prescription refill operations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hour shifts.
• Ability to perform bending, twisting, reaching and grasping.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and SOPs; overtime may be required.
• Reliability in meeting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process patient prescription orders for shipping in a central fill automated center.
• Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions to prepare shipment orders.
• Sort orders by store location and place in totes for shipping.
• Load product and filled totes onto trucks for distribution.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Review reports to identify and correct errors before shipping.
• Pack patient paperwork and prescriptions to maintain order integrity.
• Sort and organize orders in a fast-paced pick-pack-ship environment.
• Support pharmacy production activities related to refills.
• Work collaboratively in a safety-focused, high-volume team.
• Participate in training and cross-training opportunities.
