Pharmacy Assistant

Work Location: Everett WA 98204

Assignment Duration: 5+ Months

Work Schedule: Sunday 7am - 3:30p and Monday - Thurs 1p - 9:30p

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Note: Washington State DOH Pharmacy Assistant license required. Can apply upon receiving the job offer. (Own Expense around $75)

Position Summary

Works in a fast‑paced production environment known as an automated refill center. Performs warehouse operations such as packing prescriptions, receiving and shipping. Maintains continuous and consistent workflow in order to meet daily production goals and has the ability to work productively either independently or as a team with acute attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.

This position is for a Central Fill pharmacy located in Everett, WA supplying patient‑level prescriptions for a large retail national chain. There is no patient interaction, answering of phones, or dealing with insurance companies. Qualifications & Experience

  • Requires bending, twisting, reaching and grasping

Understands and abides by federal and state HIPAA laws as well as pharmacy standard procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy.

Demonstrate problem resolution skills: ability to recognize, address and elevate issues to management.
