Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant for a fast-paced Central Fill pharmacy in Everett, WA. The candidate will support warehouse operations, packing prescriptions, and preparing orders for shipping in a high-volume automated environment.
The role requires WA Pharmacy Assistant certification, ability to lift 20-25 pounds, and endurance for an 8+ hour shift on-site. This temporary assignment offers steady work and teamwork in a safety-conscious setting.

Assignment Duration: 5+ Months
Work Schedule: Sunday 7am - 3:30p and Monday - Thurs 1p - 9:30p

Works in a fast‑paced production environment known as an automated refill center. Performs warehouse operations such as packing prescriptions, receiving and shipping. Maintains continuous and consistent workflow in order to meet daily production goals and has the ability to work productively either independently or as a team with acute attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
This position is for a Central Fill pharmacy located in Everett, WA supplying patient‑level prescriptions for a large retail national chain. There is no patient interaction, answering of phones, or dealing with insurance companies. Understands and abides by federal and state HIPAA laws as well as pharmacy standard procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy.
Demonstrate problem resolution skills: ability to recognize, address and elevate issues to management.
This role is fast‑paced and team‑oriented with a safety‑first attitude. The atmosphere is pick, pack, and ship high‑volume automation. Will be standing/walking for the majority of the shift (8+ hours per day). Requires bending, twisting, reaching and grasping. Able to lift and carry 20-25 pounds.
