Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant for our Central Fill Pharmacy in Yakima, WA. This role involves packaging prescriptions, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction in medication delivery.

Qualifications

• One year of pharmacy assistant, office, administrative, patient care, or customer service experience is required.
• Pharmacy Assistant state registration is required within 60 days of hire.
• Experience using pharmacy software systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package prescriptions for delivery, ensuring proper medication and paperwork.
• Maintain stock levels and place orders for restocking.
• Verify product orders against invoices and shelve items.
• Monitor expiration dates on stock drugs.
• Handle non-professional inquiries and transfer calls.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.
