Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant for a busy Central Fill Pharmacy in Everett, WA. This onsite role focuses on production and warehouse tasks, with no direct patient interaction, phone work, or insurance duties.

The position involves packing, sorting, loading, and shipping preparation in a high-volume setting, requiring reliable transportation and strong attention to detail. Overtime may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Washington State Pharmacy Assistant certification/license required.
• Reliable transportation to the onsite location.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime when needed.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift and carry 20-25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Packing prescriptions and required paperwork for shipment.
• Sorting orders by store location.
• Preparing and loading products for shipment.
• Processing shipping orders.
• Receiving and organizing products.
• Maintaining consistent workflow to meet daily production goals.
• Performing repetitive tasks with a strong attention to detail.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
• Following pharmacy procedures, SOPs, HIPAA requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Identifying issues and appropriately escalating them to management.
