Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow specialty pharmacy patient population through outreach calls.
• Educate patients on services offered by the pharmacy.
• Communicate compelling reasons for using Shields Partner Pharmacy.
• Review patient charts before calls to ensure familiarity.
• Identify medications and necessary supplies for special cases.
• Demonstrate flexibility in shift times.
