Job summary

You will lead training, scheduling and performance management of technicians, ensure compliance, inventory, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; PTCB certification preferred.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care, including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Lead training, scheduling, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure efficient pharmacy workflow and a positive patient experience.
• Support non-clinical pharmacy operations and store management initiatives.
