Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Assist with vaccination administration and health services offered by the pharmacy where permitted by law.
• Manage non-clinical tasks and drive efficient pharmacy workflow; supervise technicians and ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
