Job summary

You will lead training and performance management of technicians, assist with scheduling, inventory, and community outreach, and participate in health services offered by the pharmacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of technicians.
• Assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and preparation of medications.
• Administer vaccines and health screenings where allowed by law.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
