Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under supervision.
• Assist pharmacist with patient registration, data entry, medication prep, and verifications.
• Lead training and performance management of technicians.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Participate in community outreach and support pharmacy workflow.
