Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• 5+ years experience as an individual contributor in healthcare/pharmacy/claims related fields.
• Degree preferred in Healthcare, Business Admin, or related field; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end prescription journey to deliver exceptional patient/provider experiences.
• Monitor queue volumes and reallocate work to maintain productivity across teams.
• Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to processes and compliance standards.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback; support corrective action when needed.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training new team members; maintain records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multiple locations to align performance standards.
