Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a pharmacist supervisor to lead daily pharmacy operations, oversee staff, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in medication preparation and distribution.

You will partner with clinical teams, help develop policies, manage budgets, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while upholding the hospital's core values and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm.D. required and licensed pharmacist.
• 1-2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to implement and enforce department policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily pharmacist activities as needed.
• Coordinate personnel scheduling and department staffing.
• Develop, implement and review departmental policies and procedures.
• Oversee site-specific pharmacy information systems and MEDS delivery.
• Submit payroll in accordance with Network policies and procedures.
