Qualifications

• Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing.
• 5+ years of management experience leading 10+ staff.
• Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Strong leadership, coaching and English communication.
• Ability to learn complex pharmacy software.
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Pharmacists to ensure top-tier patient care.
• Coordinate workload distribution and monitor productivity across teams.
• Drive hiring efforts and manage onboarding processes.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans.
• Address underperformance through coaching or termination when needed.
• Leverage data to assess team performance and optimize queues.
• Set and monitor SLAs; manage workflows and queues.
• Maintain compliance with laws; protect patient confidentiality.
• Resolve escalations and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
