Job summary

Blink Health in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Manager of Pharmacy Operations (Patient Safety) to lead the ADE reporting and patient safety program. You will own end-to-end ADE processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the PV lead for clients.

You will also lead a quality-improvement team, develop SOPs, and collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Clinical, IT, and Client Services to scale safe pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, quality assurance, or a related healthcare setting.
• At least 2+ years in a people management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to analyze quality metrics.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ADE reporting and pharmacovigilance to ensure timely submissions and regulatory compliance.
• Lead quality assurance reviews and improve SOPs and training materials.
• Directly manage and develop a quality improvement team.
• Handle escalations related to quality, ADE, billing, and clinical inquiries.
• Prepare pharmacovigilance metrics and report operational health to leadership.
