Job summary

Walgreens Co. seeks a full-time certified pharmacy technician in the Denver area. Under pharmacist supervision, you will support non-clinical operations, data entry, and patient servicing to ensure efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.

You will help with vaccine administration and health services within legal guidelines, assist with inventory, reporting, and scheduling, and lead training and performance management of technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in non-clinical patient care activities and prescription data entry.
• Support vaccine administration, health screenings, and health-service offerings where allowed by law.
• Manage inventory, records, and reports under pharmacist supervision.
• Contribute to efficient workflow and positive patient experience in-store pharmacy.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians under supervision.
