Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with patient registration, prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Answer non-clinical questions and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Under pharmacist supervision, support vaccine administration and health screenings where allowed.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and reports per company policies.
• Lead training and performance management of technicians under Pharmacy Manager guidance.
