Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with patient registration, prescription data entry and medication preparation under supervision.
• Contribute to non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure accurate insurance processing and inventory management.
• Lead training and performance management of technicians, including scheduling and onboarding.
• Communicate effectively with customers to deliver a positive pharmacy experience and resolve issues promptly.
