Job summary

You will lead training and performance management of technicians, manage daily workflow and inventory, protect assets, and ensure superior customer service and accurate claims handling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• One year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with patient registration, prescription data entry, preparation of medications, and related calls.
• Under supervision, delegate non-clinical work and ensure on-time completion and workflow efficiency.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians and ensure licensure compliance.
• Assist in insurance claims processing and customer issue resolution.
