Job summary

SpartanNash in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee store-level pharmacy operations, including prescriptions, inventory control, patient service and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Pharmacy license in good standing is required in Michigan.
• Immunization certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and pharmacy laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store-level pharmacy operations including prescriptions, inventory control and customer service.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and company policies.
• Manage records and registries (POs, narcotics, etc.) and oversee audits.
• Develop and lead department programs (immunizations, security, clinical services).
• Provide leadership, training and performance management to pharmacy staff.
