Job summary

SpartanNash, within the C&S Wholesale Grocers family of companies, seeks a Store Pharmacy Manager in Michigan to oversee prescriptions, inventory control, customer service, and staff leadership.

You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, maintain records, and support immunization and other clinical programs. A PharmD/Pharmacy degree and license are required. We offer a Total Rewards benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and active state license in good standing.
• Experience managing a pharmacy operations team and retail pharmacy workflows.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules and pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store-level pharmacy operations including prescriptions and inventory.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Process new and refill requests accurately and professionally.
• Maintain pharmacy records, forms, and registries (poisons, narcotics, etc.).
• Lead, train, and develop pharmacy staff to deliver high-quality service.
