Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee all operations of the store-level pharmacy in South Bend, IN. You will manage prescriptions, inventory, and customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

The role requires a pharmacist license in good standing, a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills. Immunization programs and clinic services may be included as assigned.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing in the operation state.
• Immunization certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prescriptions, inventory, and customer service at store level.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain pharmacy records, audits, and registries.
• Lead and develop pharmacy staff; manage scheduling and budgets.
