Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and active licensure in the state of operation.
• Minimum of two years of pharmacist experience with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Immunization certification preferred and HIPAA/privacy compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store‑level pharmacy operations, including prescriptions, inventory, and customer service.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with federal/state guidelines and company policies.
• Process new and refill prescriptions accurately and efficiently with professional courtesy.
• Manage pharmacy records, insurance forms, and POS systems; ensure accurate inventory control.
• Lead and develop pharmacy staff, manage budgets, goals, and performance.
