Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification required (except Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Under pharmacist supervision, perform prescription data entry and assist with patient registration and medication preparation.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of pharmacy technicians, including hiring and scheduling.
