Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and patient care. Under pharmacist supervision, you will assist with prescription data entry, medication preparation, and ensure a smooth workflow to deliver a great patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations.
• Ensure efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
• Handle prescription data entry and patient registration under supervision.
• Support vaccination services and health screenings where allowed.
