Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time, certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and patient services under pharmacist supervision. You will assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation, while guiding technician staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

You will lead training, coaching, and performance management for technicians, maintain inventory integrity, and help drive a positive patient

Qualifications

PTCB certification is required.
1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or hospital setting required.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English required.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacist in delivering patient care including patient registration and prescription data entry.
Prepare medications for patients and assist with vaccine administration and health screenings as allowed by law.
Manage non-clinical tasks, schedules, inventory, and records under pharmacist supervision.
Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
