Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager in Williamsburg, VA to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure accuracy, and deliver world-class customer service.

You will supervise associates, administer immunizations, review prescriptions, and maintain compliance with all federal and state laws while optimizing profitability and safety. This role requires a licensed pharmacist with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing in the applicable state(s).
• Pharmacy immunization certification and CPR certification are required/preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of the pharmacy manager, including supervision, training and scheduling.
• Administer immunizations to customers following standing orders and procedures.
• Dispense or compound medications, review prescriptions for accuracy and determine necessary ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, HIPAA, and company policies.
• Maximize gross profit and minimize operating expenses while maintaining safety and quality.
