Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities not requiring professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Follow cashier handling policies for electronic payments, cash, and checks.
• Handle vendor coupons and minimize cash shortages and shrink.
• Answer phone and triage calls and inquiries.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure best value for customer and company.
• Prepare and count specified product per company standards.
• Manage inventory and order medications, devices, and supplies.
• Operate and manage wholesalers ordering functions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations.
• Report all illegal activity as required.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
